 Booking/Cancellation policy v Mode of payment

 

u The tariffs are valid from 01 August 2007 to 31 July 2008.

All the packages mentioned can be done vice versa also.
u
The packages are recommended for a minimum of two nights although overnight one day trips are possible.
u
One proponent /postponement shall be allowed subject to availability of the boat.
u
All taxes, duties and charge levied by the government are applicable.

u
Bookings for groups* will get attractive discounts.
u
Children below 10 years (2 people) are free if sharing parent’s bed. Extra person (above 10 years) will be charged accordingly.
u The cuisine is traditionally Keralan vegetarian & non vegetarian (fixed menu).

Houseboat with Music system/Television & VCD Player/Mobile phone.
u
Cultural programmes/Palm reading/Ayurvedic rejuvenation massage/Kerala costuming/photo-video session.

Flower arrangement for honeymoon cruise, special arrangements for Birthday party, surprise for your loved one.
u
The additional service of an English speaking guide.
u Transfer services.

Booking/Cancellation Policy 

Booking Rules: 

n Booking can be confirmed only with the payment of 50% in advance and the rest should be paid before the package starts. 
n During Peak Season, advance booking of at least 15 days is strongly advised.
n
Booking for Peak Season can be confirmed only with the full payment in advance.
n
Payments other than INR has to be calculated with updated conversional rate.

 Cancellation Rules: 
n Cancellation before 15 days is fully refundable. 
n 10 % of the package cost will be realized as cancellation charges when a booking is cancelled one week in advance. 
n 25 % of the package cost will be charged as cancellation charges if the cancellation is received before 72 Hrs in advance.
n
50 % of the package cost will be charged as cancellation charges if the cancellation is received before 48 Hrs in advance.
n
Cancellation within 48 Hrs - no refund.
*Transaction charges will be levied for any cancellations.
